Operating model A · You run it

Supplier management, risk and compliance — one platform.

Built for teams who want to run it themselves: procurement, quality, risk. AI-native, with transparent pricing and no training effort.

Platform

Modules

One module per task. Compliance modules are switched on when the obligation applies to you.

Master data

Supplier onboarding, approvals and disclosures — a maintained data record per supplier that everything else builds on.

Supplier management

Supplier evaluations per commodity group, periodic or event-driven, with development actions and follow-up — traceable instead of scattered across spreadsheets.

Commodity group management

Risk profiles and ownership per commodity group.

Quality management

Complaints and corrective actions in the same system as your supplier evaluations.

Compliance modules

EUDR, CBAM, PPWR, Battery Regulation, CSRD/CSDDD radar — one module per obligation, switchable.

Risk monitoring

Continuous monitoring across all risk dimensions, with alerts in Teams and email.

AI-native

What the AI in the platform actually does.

Every AI claim names a concrete function. Three examples:

  • Agents continuously check supplier certificates right at the source.
  • Products and bills of materials are resolved down to raw-material level and risk-scored — with sources.
  • Critical raw materials are monitored specifically.

Also: reading supplier documents and checking them for regulatory relevance, drafting responses and action proposals, filtering regulatory changes for relevance to your own supply chain.

Pricing

Pricing without a contact form.

The platform costs €1,000 in annual platform fees, plus €3,000 to €20,000 in annual operating costs — depending on how complex your supply chain is: how many suppliers, how many commodity groups, which compliance modules, how much monitoring. Service fees come on top, depending on whether you run it yourself or we run it for you.

In our first call, we'll give you a number you can plan with — no surprises in the fine print.

Frequently asked questions

Why a price range?
Because supply chains differ in complexity. The drivers are transparent: number of suppliers, commodity groups, active modules, monitoring scope. You get a firm number in the first call.
Do we need training?
No. Alerts and coordination run in Teams and email; the platform is built to be self-explanatory.
Can you also run it for us?
Yes — that is operating model B. See the service
